| The product manufacturing is mainly equipped with more than 300 sets of high-precision equipment such as horizontal duplex machining centres, vertical machining centres, drilling centres, CNC machines, milling machines, broaching machines, grinding machines and cold heading machines. The shaft and fastening sleeve products adopt intelligent production lines, equipped with high-precision CNC lathes and CBN grinding machines. The key and important processes of the entire line are equipped with German high-precision measuring instruments, achieving manufacturing, testing, flaw detection, cleaning, and rust prevention in one flow, enabling the manufacturing process to achieve control objectives. |
